Second Day Filming 28/11/15

Today we went on to do more establishing shots but these shots where taken at muswell hill and inside the onslow gardens. We took panning shots and also some close ups, as well as, some long shots.
As Simba was running late the rest of us decided  that Kusheda would take the role of the main character as we thought the idea of a female killer made the film plot much more mysterious and exciting.  We also began filming our main character (Kusheda) in the area outside the forest to show establishment of the location and to show the killer's journey to the forest. The shots we took were a long shot panning of her walking up a steep road, a close up of a religious poster (this was inspired by stepfather by the way he was playing religious hymns but he was in fact a killer) this is to make the title sequence look ordinary and like the major conventions of any thriller on this false plato idea. We also had shots of the church and did a few match cuts including panning of the killer entering the forest. We feel time keeping is quite difficult for particular member(s) in our group and this is something that needs to be worked on.  Next week we plan to continue filming in queens forest and get some extreme close ups and medium shots and a canted shot which adds to the main plot of our title sequence.
