Analysis of my favorite movie
Blue Streak
The title sequence follows the credits;
- Distribution
- Producers
- Director
- Film title
- Main character's
The sequence has titles which transition of with a swish from right to left and vice versa. They all have an emphasis on the names of the individuals then their titles as sub headings. The type of title sequence used is a moving image, the use of this was to show the location to the audience to suspend disbelief by getting them accustomed to the surroundings. The editing of the moving is made to go with music plus added effects of the titles coming in and of the scene. I especially like this title sequence as it delivers on setting the tone of the movie to come through setting the location, using fitting music to set the genre of it being a crime & by keeping the sequence short and straight into the movie.
